Lagos, being a mega-city, has a lot of people whose circumstances require that they combine work with studies. It is in recognition of this that the University of Lagos, a leading Institution that is situated in urban city, places high premium on evening undergraduate programmes geared towards meeting the yearning for further education by workers. These programmes are organized and delivered in such a way that they meet the high level standard and quality of their full-time counterparts that the University is known for.

Furthermore, many steps are being taken by the University to provide top quality service and make studies enjoyable at ICE. These include on-line application and registration, well equipped and Internet enabled library, ICE webpage and other services/activities that would enhance programmes and students visibility. Also, ICE Handbook is another reference material that lecturers, programme coordinators, students and propsective students would find useful as it serves a roadmap on course contents/descriptions/outlines and graduation requirements.
